Mr. Burton Boltuch
Mr. Boltuch,
the founder of The Law Offices of Burton F. Boltuch, specializes
in employment and business counseling and litigation. He is an
expert both in employment discrimination, wrongful termination,
wage and hour, and traditional labor and employment matters (including
NLRB proceedings, labor arbitrations and dispute resolution, and
collective bargaining). He has practiced in the field since 1976
and has extensive litigation experience encompassing employment
discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful termination, union-management
and other employment-related matters. He regularly advises, counsels
and litigates on behalf of employers in these areas. He serves
as a neutral mediator to help parties resolve employment-related
disputes and is a regular volunteer panelist in the Alternative
Dispute Resolution Program of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Mr. Boltuch’s

leaves of absence including workers’ compensation absences, and
complying with the ADA/FEHA/FMLA/ CFRA/WC/PDL/PFLA;

Training supervisors and other employees on maintaining a respectful
workplace and a workplace free of harassment, discrimination and
retaliation;

Negotiating hundreds of collective bargaining agreements for various
parties;

Representing parties in
upwards of 1,000 arbitration and unfair labor practices cases;

Drafting employee
handbooks, personnel rules and related employment policies;

Defending employers in
Labor Code Section 132a cases and in other workers’ compensation
litigation;
